## \[V3 REST API] Nullable List Types

This change impacts the**v3** REST APIs only *(currently in open beta)*

Nullable list field types are now correctly represented in the Open API spec as `oneOf`array and null.

Before this change: nullable list types were specified as the array type only, which isn't correct.
