It may take time (usually a few minutes, up to 24 hours) for data to appear in the warehouse. - [Multi-Tables](https://docs.benchling.com/docs/multi-tables.md): Learn how Benchling warehouse multi-tables represent fields that can store multiple values. This page explains how multi-tables are generated, how they relate to the original schema tables, and how to query them effectively. - [Custom Warehouse Views](https://docs.benchling.com/docs/custom-warehouse-views.md): Custom views in the Warehouse (or just "custom views" for short) let users define their own SQL-backed views. - [SQL Queries Hints (Advanced)](https://docs.benchling.com/docs/sql-queries-hints.md): Improve query plans through use of SQL query hints. - [Users, Teams and Projects](https://docs.benchling.com/docs/wh-users-teams-projects.md): Reference for the Benchling warehouse tables covering users, teams, and projects, including the available tables, key fields, and the relationships between them. - [Registry](https://docs.benchling.com/docs/wh-registry.md): Reference guide to Benchling warehouse tables for Registry data. This page summarizes the available registry tables, common fields, and relationships for querying schemas, entities, aliases, and dropdowns. - [Molecular Biology](https://docs.benchling.com/docs/wh-mol-bio.md): Reference guide to Benchling warehouse tables for molecular biology data. This page summarizes the available tables and key fields for querying sequences, alignments, and related molecular biology records. - [Results and Runs](https://docs.benchling.com/docs/wh-results-runs.md): Reference guide to Benchling warehouse tables for assay runs and results data. Use it when you are more comfortable in SQL than in the REST API, when you need large amounts of data at once, or when you are connecting a third-party analytics or visualization tool. The Warehouse uses its own credentials, separate from the API authentication methods described in [Authentication](/docs/authentication). Data syncs on a delay, so if you need values guaranteed current, read them through the [REST API](/docs/rest-api-reference) instead. ## Getting Started [Getting Started with the Warehouse](/docs/getting-started) covers requesting access, connecting, and running your first query. ## Querying the Warehouse * [Warehouse Tables](/docs/warehouse-tables) explains how the schema is laid out and the joins you will reach for most. * [Multi-Tables](/docs/multi-tables) covers the `$raw` tables and the per-schema tables built on top of them. * [Custom Warehouse Views](/docs/custom-warehouse-views) walks through defining your own views from the Insights SQL editor. * [SQL Queries Hints (Advanced)](/docs/sql-queries-hints) collects performance notes for large queries. ## Table Reference A per-domain reference for the tables the Warehouse exposes. The [Data Lake Integration](/docs/data-lake-integration) accelerator covers the export, change-monitoring, and insert components of a data lake pipeline.
