[DEPRECATED] Batches API

The Batches API is now marked deprecated, and will be fully sunset on May 20th 2024

What’s changing?

The Batches API is being deprecated in preparation for a sunset date of May 20th 2024. The Batches API was introduced alongside Batch functionality in Benchling, but has since been replaced by parent/child entity relationships. This deprecation impacts all Batches API endpoints:

• GET /batches
• POST /batches
• GET /batches/{batch_id}
• PATCH /batches/{batch_id}
• POST /batches:archive
• GET /batches:bulk-get
• POST /batches:unarchive
• GET /entities/{entity_id}/batches

When is this happening?

The Batches API is currently marked as deprecated, and will be fully sunset on May 20th 2024
