Bulk create Molecule with parent

Beta

Bulk create molecules with automatic parent creation for salt form molecules. Requires salt form molecule support to be enabled for the tenant. Accepts a ScratchFile containing JSONL where each line is a JSON object matching the BulkMoleculeWithParentInput schema. When the target schema is a salt-aware Compound schema paired with a Form schema, salt/solvent fragments in each structure are automatically detected and split out to create the parent molecule. For any other schema, structures containing recognized salt/solvent fragments are rejected.
