Remove DataPolicy statements
Remove policy statements from a DataPolicy. Each statement is matched on (itemType, action) and removed regardless of its condition; the absence of a statement means the action is not granted. Removing a statement that is not present is a no-op. Only DataPolicy objects can be edited.
